All members must abide by our <a href="code.html">code of practice</a>.
This ensures that their relationship with you, their client, is put on a

Should things go wrong (a very rare occurrence) there is provision for mediation.
Our members are in business for the long term and will not misrepresent
their experience or capabilities. Apart from the fact that it would be against
the code of practice, they want you as a long term customer.<br>
