Simon Halberstam, a specialist in IT and e-Commerce law, will address AICS on the considerations and obligations of contracting over the Internet. Simon will also discuss the use of IT and e-Commerce templates to support B2B agreements. This presentation will be of particular interest to anyone concerned with, and responsible for, the legal and contractual aspects of running an ICT business.
After obtaining both French Law and English Law Degrees, Simon Halberstam became a specialist in IT Law, and is Head of WebLaw, the IT and e-commerce law department at Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP, one of the leading Information Technology Law firms in London. The SGH Internet/e-commerce group represents a variety of clients, including ISP's, Domain Name Registrants and web-designers in relation to internet, contractual, company/commercial and litigation matters, and advises major IT and web users on legal issues relating to contractual negotiation and their on-line presence.
