Full membership may be granted to anyone with at least five years' experience in a relevant computer-related field, and who has been in business offering computer-related services as a Sole Trader or as a Partner in a firm or as a Director of a Limited Company for at least one year immediately prior to applying. We require two satisfactory client references to try to ensure that members are both technically competent and commercially stable. We can, and do, ask members to leave if they fail to maintain the required standards. I apply for Full Membership of AICS. Please send me a VAT invoice for my first year's subscription (£75 + VAT) and the once-off registration fee (£75 + VAT). I undertake to pay this invoice within 14 days, and at the same time provide a copy of my CV showing that I have at least 5 years relevant computer related experience. No references will be taken up until your cheque is received. AICS reserve the right to refuse any application, in which case your subscription will be refunded.
